AVC Controller
We are now hiring a Controller at our main office in Riviera Beach, FL.
Our AVC Controller will be responsible for managing our Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Safety, and Training teams. Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years Human Resources and Finance experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intelligent and articulate and can relate to people at all levels of an organization.
- Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
- Proficient knowledge of computers and software including Windows; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent mathematics skills: ability to compute formulas, ratios, percentages
- Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Planning: ability to think ahead and plan over a short and long time span.
- Problem analysis and problem resolutions at both a strategic and functional level.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment.
